Half Marathon Training Plan & Sunday Runs

ThoroughbredTreadmill Studio’s expert coaches, Laura & Jake Schmitt have outlined a 4-week training plan to help you run your best Tiburon Half Marathon! Join them each Sunday in September for runs starting at Whole Foods on Miller Avenue in Mill Valley.  It’s FREE.

4-week Training Plan includes:

·      Personalized weekly workout schedule

·      ThoroughbredTreadmill Studio workouts, 1 – 2 per week depending on selected training

·      Tiburon ½ Marathon Simulation Run, Sunday, September 25th

·      Sunday Group Runs from Whole Foods on Miller Avenue, 8:30am
